The Screen Whisperer is less a repair shop and more a 'healing space,' according to its founder Jonas Lindqvist. Jonas trained as an engineer, then as a yoga instructor, then as an unlicensed life coach, and finally as a NotAPOS Certified Operator™ — a credential that took him 11 minutes to obtain.
Jonas does not, technically, fix phones. He 'consults with them.' Customers drop off their devices and Jonas places them on a slab of Himalayan salt for 4-6 weeks. The Auto-Gaslight Warranty Engine handles all communication. Customer satisfaction is described by NotAPOS as 'transcendent.'
The shop's signature service is the 'Quantum Realignment Package' ($899), in which a phone is left in a small pyramid for 72 hours. NotAPOS's Schrödinger Inventory layer means the phone exists in a state of being-fixed and not-being-fixed simultaneously, which Jonas finds 'philosophically liberating' and 'extremely profitable.'
